Side Games는 Pinder:7777(앱 내 이름: Pinder, Android 패키지: com.sidegames.pinder)와 관련 웹 서비스에서 다음과 같이 개인정보를 처리합니다. 이용하는 플랫폼과 로그인·광고·구매 기능의 제공 여부에 따라 실제 처리하는 정보가 달라집니다.

계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청 · 개인정보 문의

1. 처리하는 정보와 목적

계정과 로그인: 게스트로 시작하면 이메일 없이 Pinder 사용자 식별자와 인증 세션을 만들고 서버에 게임 기록을 저장합니다. 게스트 세션은 기기에 보관되며, 앱 삭제·데이터 초기화 등으로 세션을 잃으면 계정을 복구하지 못할 수 있습니다. 새 Google 계정을 연결하면 동일한 Pinder 식별자와 게임 기록을 유지합니다. 이미 Pinder에 등록된 Google 계정으로 전환하면 해당 계정의 기록을 불러오며 게스트 기록과 합치지 않습니다.; Google 로그인 시 Google 계정 식별자, 이메일 주소, Google이 제공하는 이름·프로필 사진 등 기본 프로필, Pinder 사용자 식별자와 인증 세션 정보를 처리합니다. 로그인 유지, 사용자 확인, 계정에 연결된 게임 기록 저장과 복구에 이용합니다. Google 계정 비밀번호는 Pinder가 수집하지 않습니다.

친구 추천 이벤트: 참여 시 추천 코드, 등록한 코드, 등록 시각과 보상 지급 내역을 처리합니다. Google 계정 식별자의 해시를 사용하여 계정 삭제·재가입 후에도 중복 보상을 방지합니다. 추천 화면에는 코드와 추천 횟수만 표시하며 다른 참여자의 이름이나 이메일은 공개하지 않습니다.
광고: Android 앱의 Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공·측정·진단·부정행위 방지를 위해 IP 주소와 이에 따른 대략적인 위치, 광고 ID 등 기기·앱 식별자, 앱 실행·광고 노출·클릭·동영상 시청 정보, 성능·오류 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 광고 동의 선택은 Google의 동의 관리 기능으로 처리합니다. 보상형 광고를 이용하면 Pinder 사용자 식별자, 보상 요청 식별자, 광고 단위와 거래 식별자, 보상·시간 정보를 사용해 지급을 검증합니다. 앱은 보상 검증용 정보에 이메일이나 Google 비밀번호를 넣지 않습니다.
인앱 구매: 유료 구매에는 Google 계정 연결이 필요하며 Google Play가 결제를 처리합니다. Pinder는 상품·주문 식별자, 구매 시각과 상태, 구매 토큰, 계정에 대응하는 난독화된 식별자와 지급 내역을 처리하여 구매 확인, 재화 지급, 중복 결제 보상 방지와 고객 지원에 사용합니다. 카드 번호나 은행 계좌 같은 결제수단의 전체 정보는 Pinder가 직접 받지 않습니다.
접속·기기 정보와 문의: 호스팅·인증·데이터베이스 제공자는 서비스 운영과 보안을 위해 IP 주소, 요청 시각, 브라우저·기기 정보와 오류 등 기술 로그를 처리할 수 있습니다. 문의하면 회신 주소, 문의 내용과 사용자가 첨부한 정보를 문제 해결 및 권리 요청 처리에 사용합니다.
기기 내 저장: 언어, 테마, 소리 설정, 로그인 세션과 복구용 상태 등을 기기 또는 브라우저에 저장합니다. 일부 웹 버전의 게임 기록은 브라우저에 저장됩니다. 이 페이지에는 별도 광고나 방문 분석 스크립트를 넣지 않습니다.

이들 서비스에는 해당 기능에 필요한 정보가 전달됩니다. 또한 법적 의무 이행, 적법한 기관의 요청 대응 또는 이용자와 서비스의 보안 보호를 위해 필요한 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.

3. 처리 위치와 보호 조치

Pinder의 Supabase 주 데이터베이스는 호주 시드니 리전에 있습니다. 서버 함수와 Google·Vercel 등 제공자의 인프라에서는 이용자가 거주하는 국가 밖에서 정보가 전송·처리될 수 있습니다. 위 서비스의 개인정보 안내에서 각 제공자의 처리 방식을 확인할 수 있습니다.

네트워크 전송에는 HTTPS/TLS를 사용하고, 인증과 접근 권한으로 계정별 데이터 접근을 제한합니다. Android 로그인 세션은 기기 보안 키 저장소를 이용해 보호하며, 서버의 처리 대기 중인 구매 토큰은 암호화합니다. 어떤 시스템도 위험을 완전히 없앨 수는 없습니다.

4. 보관 및 삭제

계정과 게임 기록: 서비스 제공을 위해 계정을 유지하는 동안 보관하며, 확인된 계정 삭제 요청에 따라 로그인 계정, 연결된 진행·농장·재화 잔액과 일반 게임 이용 기록을 삭제합니다.
거래·광고 보상 검증 기록: 삭제 이후에도 중복 지급·사기 방지와 미완료 거래 처리에 필요한 주문·광고 거래 식별자, 토큰 해시, 난독화된 계정 식별자 또는 내부 사용자 식별자, 상품·보상·처리 시각 같은 최소 기록이 남을 수 있습니다. 이 기록은 완전히 익명화된 정보가 아닙니다. 서비스 운영 중 해당 검증 목적에 필요한 동안 보관하며, 보관 사유가 해소되거나 법적 보관 의무가 종료되면 삭제합니다. 원본 구매 토큰의 암호화 사본은 구매 소비 처리가 성공하면 삭제합니다.
추천 검증 기록: 계정 삭제 시 계정 연결은 해제하지만 Google 계정 식별자 해시, 추천·등록 코드와 등록 시각은 중복 지급 방지를 위해 이벤트 운영 및 보상 확인에 필요한 동안 남습니다. 이 기록은 완전히 익명화된 정보가 아니며, 보관 목적이 종료되면 삭제합니다.
문의: 요청 처리 및 관련 분쟁 해결에 필요한 동안 보관합니다. 법에 따른 추가 보관이 필요한 경우 그 의무가 끝날 때까지 보관합니다.
접속 로그·백업: 제공자의 운영상 보관 및 백업 순환 주기에 따라 잔여 사본이 남을 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제가 모든 운영 로그·백업의 즉시 삭제를 뜻하지는 않습니다. 필요한 경우 제공자의 삭제 절차를 통해 요청을 처리합니다.

5. 계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청

게스트 계정: 로그인된 기기에서 설정 → 게스트 기록 삭제를 선택하고 삭제를 확인하면 서버가 현재 게스트 계정과 연결된 게임 데이터를 삭제하고 시작 화면으로 돌아갑니다. 세션을 잃은 경우 아래 주소로 문의할 수 있지만, 소유자를 확인할 수 없으면 기록을 찾거나 삭제할 수 없을 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제만으로 서버 기록이 자동 삭제되지는 않습니다.

Google 연결 계정 및 앱 밖에서의 요청: 앱을 다시 설치하거나 로그인하지 않고도 아래 방법으로 요청할 수 있습니다. Pinder의 로그인 화면 또는 설정에서 계정 및 데이터 삭제를 눌러 이 안내를 열 수 있습니다.

제목은 Pinder 계정 삭제 요청, 본문은 “Pinder 계정과 연결된 게임 데이터를 삭제해 주세요.”로 작성하면 됩니다.
해당 이메일을 사용할 수 없다면 같은 문의 주소로 연락해 주세요. 요청자 확인에 필요한 최소한의 정보를 안내합니다. 비밀번호, 인증 코드, 구매 토큰, 전체 카드 번호를 보내지 마세요.

이메일 전송으로 삭제 요청이 접수되며 즉시 자동 삭제되지는 않습니다. 본인 확인 후 필요한 거래 확인 절차를 거쳐 삭제를 진행하고, 처리 결과와 예외적으로 남겨야 하는 정보가 있으면 회신합니다. 전체 계정 삭제가 아닌 특정 정보의 열람·정정·삭제를 원하면 요청 범위를 적어 주세요.

계정 삭제 시 진행 기록, 농장, 보유 골드와 하트를 복구할 수 없게 됩니다. 위 4항의 거래 검증 등 제한된 기록은 해당 사유로 남을 수 있습니다. Pinder 계정 삭제는 Google 계정 삭제나 구매 환불을 뜻하지 않습니다. 환불은 Google Play의 환불 절차를 이용해 주세요. 앱 삭제와 로그아웃만으로 서버의 계정 데이터가 삭제되지는 않습니다.

6. 선택과 권리

개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한 등 거주 지역의 법에 따른 권리 요청은 아래 문의처로 보내 주세요. 법정대리인의 문의도 같은 주소에서 받습니다. 요청 범위와 본인 또는 대리 권한을 확인할 수 있으며, 법에 따라 요청이 제한되는 경우 이유를 안내합니다.

해당되는 지역에서는 광고 동의 화면과 앱 설정의 광고 개인정보 설정에서 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. Android의 광고 관련 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수도 있습니다. 이런 선택이 모든 광고 또는 서비스 운영에 필요한 정보 처리를 중단하는 것은 아닙니다.

7. 변경 및 문의

처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 시행일을 업데이트합니다. 법에서 별도 안내나 동의를 요구하는 변경은 그 절차를 따릅니다.

This policy explains how Side Games handles information in Pinder:7777 (called Pinder in the app; Android package com.sidegames.pinder) and its related web services. Actual processing depends on your platform and whether sign-in, advertising and purchase features are available and used.

1. Information and purposes

Account and sign-in: Continuing as a guest creates a Pinder user identifier and authentication session without an email address and saves game records on the server. The guest session is stored on your device. Losing that session, for example by uninstalling the app or clearing its data, may make the account unrecoverable. Linking a new Google identity preserves the same Pinder identifier and game records. Switching to a Google account already registered with Pinder loads that account's records and does not merge guest records.; Google sign-in provides a Google account identifier, email address and basic profile information such as a name or profile picture. We also process a Pinder user identifier and authentication session information to sign you in, maintain your session, identify your account, and save and restore associated progress. Pinder does not receive your Google password.
Gameplay and currency: We process stage progress, scores, stars, arcade records, farm state and planting times, gold, free and paid hearts, and grant and spending records. Round start and completion details and gameplay inputs such as tile connections are sent to the server to verify results and rewards. This supports saved progress, elapsed-time growth and refills, and prevention of cheating and duplicate rewards.
Referral event: When you participate, we process your referral code, the code you register, registration times and reward records. A hash of your Google account identifier prevents duplicate rewards after account deletion and rejoining. Referral screens display codes and counts, without disclosing other participants' names or email addresses.
Advertising: The Android app uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK. It may process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, advertising IDs and other device or app identifiers, app launches, ad impressions, clicks, video views, performance information and error diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, diagnostics and fraud prevention. Google's consent management service processes advertising choices. Rewarded ads also use a Pinder user identifier, reward request identifier, ad unit and transaction identifiers, reward details and timestamps to verify grants. The app does not include your email or Google password in reward verification data.
In-app purchases: Paid purchases require a linked Google account, and Google Play handles payment. Pinder processes product and order identifiers, purchase time and status, purchase tokens, an obfuscated account identifier and grant records to verify purchases, deliver currency, prevent duplicate grants and provide support. Pinder does not directly receive full payment instrument details such as card numbers or bank account details.
Connection information and support: Hosting, authentication and database providers may process technical logs including IP addresses, request times, browser or device information and errors for operation and security. If you contact us, we use your reply address, message and attachments to resolve your request and handle privacy rights.
Local storage: Language, theme and sound preferences, login sessions and recovery state are stored on your device or in your browser. Some web versions store game progress in the browser. This policy page does not contain separate advertising or visitor analytics scripts.

Pinder does not request access to contacts, SMS, microphone, camera or precise GPS location. Advertising and connection services may process approximate location derived from IP addresses as described above.

Information needed for these functions is provided to the relevant service. We may also disclose information as necessary to meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests or protect users and service security.

3. Processing locations and security

Pinder's primary Supabase database is in Sydney, Australia. Server functions and infrastructure used by Google, Vercel and other listed providers may transfer and process information outside your country. The provider notices above explain their practices.

We use HTTPS/TLS for network transmission and authentication and access controls to restrict account data access. Android login sessions are protected using the device's secure key storage. Pending purchase tokens on the server are encrypted. No system can eliminate all security risks.

4. Retention and deletion

Account and game records: retained while your account is maintained to provide the service. Following a verified deletion request, we delete the login account, associated progress, farm state, currency balances and ordinary gameplay records.
Transaction and ad reward verification: limited records may remain after deletion to prevent duplicate grants or fraud and to complete pending transactions. These may include order or ad transaction identifiers, token hashes, obfuscated account or internal user identifiers, product or reward details and processing times. They are not fully anonymous. They are retained while needed for those verification purposes during service operation and removed when the retention reason ends, subject to legal requirements. Encrypted copies of original purchase tokens are removed after successful purchase consumption.
Referral verification: account deletion clears the account link, while the Google identifier hash, referral and registered codes, and registration times remain as needed to prevent duplicate grants during event operation and reward verification. These records are not fully anonymous and are removed when that purpose ends.
Support messages: retained as needed to handle the request and related disputes, or until an applicable legal retention obligation ends.
Logs and backups: residual copies may remain according to providers' operational retention and backup cycles. Account deletion does not instantly erase every operational log or backup. Where necessary, we use providers' deletion procedures to handle requests.

5. Request account and data deletion

Guest accounts: On the device with your guest session, open Settings → Delete guest data and confirm deletion. The server deletes the current guest account and its associated game data, and the app returns to the start screen. If you have lost the session, you can contact the address below, but we may be unable to locate or delete records if ownership cannot be verified. Uninstalling the app alone does not automatically delete server records.

Google-linked accounts and requests outside the app: You can use the following method without reinstalling the app or signing in. In Pinder, Delete account & data on the sign-in screen or in Settings opens these instructions.

Email sidegames.manage@gmail.com from the Google email address you used to sign in to Pinder.
Use the subject Pinder account deletion and write “Please delete my Pinder account and associated game data.”
If you cannot use that address, contact the same support address. We will explain the minimum information needed to verify your request. Do not send passwords, verification codes, purchase tokens or full card numbers.

Sending the email submits a request; deletion is not instant or automatic. After verifying your identity and any necessary transaction details, we process deletion and reply with the outcome and any information that must be retained. To request access, correction or deletion of specific information instead of the whole account, describe the scope in your message.

Deleting your account removes access to saved progress, your farm, gold and hearts, which cannot be restored. The limited verification records described in section 4 may remain for those purposes. Deleting a Pinder account does not delete your Google account or refund purchases. Use Google Play's refund process for refund requests. Uninstalling the app or signing out alone does not delete server-side account data.

6. Choices and rights

Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other privacy rights available under the laws where you live. Legal guardians can contact the same address. We may need to verify your identity, authority and request scope. If a request is limited by law, we explain the reason.

Where applicable, you can change advertising choices using the consent screen and Ad privacy options in app settings. Android's advertising settings may also let you reset or delete your advertising ID. These choices do not necessarily stop all ads or information processing needed to operate the service.

7. Changes and contact

We update this page and its effective date when our practices change. We provide additional notice or seek consent when required by applicable law.
